1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) abc9 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a working email address. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that is (a) registered in your own legal name and (b) the same method used for your most recent deposit on the account, where technically possible. abc9 applies a same-method withdrawal policy as a standard anti-fraud measure.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the abc9 payments team within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 14. Suspension & Termination

abc9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in any form of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity as described in Section 9.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account wallet will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently terminated for breach of these Terms, abc9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held therein, including deposited funds and bonus funds.

Voluntary account closure does not forfeit any genuine available balance, which will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements being met.
